I’m Kate Molinari, and I created Striide to make leadership development refreshingly real.

Over 15 years in media leadership taught me that trust and communication sit at the heart of every great team. That’s why I founded Striide — to help leaders become confident, build connections and deliver results.

I’ve led teams at Seven West Media and Nine Entertainment Co., studied governance with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and tested my grit on adventures from Mt Kilimanjaro to the Rottnest Channel. But my greatest challenge (and joy) is being mum to Jimmy and Jake — they remind me what matters most: to stay curious and keep smiling.
